We are recruiting for Home Care Workers to join our growing team across Middlesbrough.

We are looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people's lives, helping our service users to stay as independent within their own homes. All applicants must be flexible and able to work at key times of service delivery, various shifts available. We are looking for drivers who can work alternative weekends, who have excellent communication skills and have the ability to support people in the community with all aspects of their daily living routines who will respect their dignity and who will promote choice and privacy at all times

• To provide excellent personal care and support within peoples own homes
• Administer medications
• Shopping and Domestic work
• Companionship
• Waking nights may be available
• Social interaction/sitting service
