We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong presence in the community, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments of clients’ health and social care needs

Develop and implement detailed, person-centred care plans

Complete and regularly review risk assessments
-
Carry out service user reviews and quality monitoring visits

Be actively present in the field supervising staff and supporting clients
-
Provide direct guidance, mentoring, and spot checks for care staff
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC standards
-
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
-
Complete necessary documentation and care records (office-based work is limited to paperwork only)

Participate in on-call duties as required
As we expand into live-in care services, the Field Care Supervisor will be expected to:

Take the lead role in initiating new live-in care packages
-
Spend time with the client to fully understand their needs
-
Carry out thorough assessments before care begins

Ensure a smooth and professional handover to the assigned care staff
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Field Care Supervisor in domiciliary care
-
Strong knowledge of the care industry and CQC regulations
-
Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and client assessments
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
-
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
