Pay/Salary:£13.60 Per Hour
Hours of Work:Full Time (39 Hours) and 0 Hour Contract Available - Hours available between 07:00 - 22:00
Driver with full UK licence required and own car

About the role

Place service users at the centre of care, respecting their wishes and preferences.

Follow individual care plans and organisational training when delivering support.

Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of all individuals supported.

Report any changes in service users’ needs to the Senior Carer promptly.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all care and support provided.

Provide personal care as required, including washing, bathing, oral care, toileting, and catheter care.

Carry out light domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and bed making.

Support service users in maintaining relationships and community connections.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Be prepared to travel to service users in all weather conditions.

Whats required

Minimum of one year’s experience  
Knowledge of and adherence to the Fundamental Standards  
Understanding of the regulatory framework governing the service, including the role and requirements of the CQC  
Commitment to obtaining relevant qualifications proportionate to the role  
Attendance at statutory training and any additional training as directed by management  
Adherence to all policies and procedures relevant to the role  
Openness to learning opportunities  
Participation in regular supervisions and working observation sessions
