Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, steadfast, and dedicated individual to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide exemplary support to clients within their own homes, ensuring they maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role is more than just a set of tasks; it requires a deep emotional connection and a commitment to providing outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily dedication will involve:

Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene with the utmost respect and dignity.

Mobility Support: Helping clients move safely around their homes and using manual handling equipment where necessary.

Nutrition & Hydration: Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring clients are eating and drinking well.

Medication Support: Assisting with or administering medication according to prescribed care plans.

Companionship: Providing much-needed social interaction—being a "friendly face" and a listener.

Domestic Support: Performing light household duties such as laundry, cleaning, and essential shopping.

Observation: Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes to the care manager or family.

Skills / Qualifications:
- a clear Enhanced DBS check with an Adults’ Barred List check
- Previous care experience is desired however not required
- Right to work in the UK
- a valid drivers license
