  • £14.56 to £21.85 per hour (inclusive of rolled-up holiday pay)

About the Role

Our service operates between 6:30am and 10:30pm, and we are looking for individuals who can commit to early morning starts, late evening finishes, or both.

This role involves supporting people in their own homes to live a fulfilled, happy life, with care tailored to their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care and daily routines
  • Medication support
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting people to access their community
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing, and dignity

As a CQC-regulated provider registered to deliver Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI), some individuals we support may require 1-to-1 care, including those with more complex health needs.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous care experience. We’re looking for people who are:

  • Kind, patient, and respectful
  • Reliable with good communication skills
  • Motivated to support others
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

You will need:

  • The right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
