As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by delivering compassionate, reliable, and tailored support that meets their individual needs.

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Providing emotional support, reassurance, and companionship
  • Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting with medication in line with care plans
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where required
  • Helping with household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry
  • Encouraging independence and participation in daily and social activities
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
  • Covering shifts and supporting fellow carers when needed
  • Communicating effectively with management and the wider care team
