Overview
We are seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to provide high?quality care to adults in their own homes. Our service is CQC?rated Good and holds a 9.8/10. We provide full training, ongoing support and excellent progression opportunities.
Pay
- Block pay (National Minimum Wage during probation)
- £12.90 per hour from April 2026
- Enhanced overtime, weekend and bank holiday rates
- Paid travel time
- Mileage paid at £0.25 per mile

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
- Assist with mobility and safe movement
- Support with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Administer or prompt medication and record accurately
- Help clients maintain independence and dignity
- Follow care plans and report any changes in condition
Requirements (Must?Haves)
- A caring, patient and reliable approach
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
- Minimum 3 years right to reside/work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and varied shifts
Nice to Have
- Previous care experience
- First Aid knowledge
- Health & Social Care qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3)
