Margaret Wolter has dedicated her career to care, starting at Leonard Cheshire Home supporting people with physical disabilities. After a break to raise her family, she returned as a support worker for clients with mental health and learning disabilities, eventually becoming a Team Leader. She earned a management degree in Health and Social Care and managed in Lincolnshire for two years. At 59, facing redundancy due to funding cuts, she founded Lincolnshire Home Care Ltd, which is now celebrating its 10-year anniversary. Margaret believes in treating everyone with respect, kindness, care, and dignity, as one would treat their own loved ones.

Jen joined Lincolnshire Home Care as a dedicated carer in February 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from previous administrative roles. From the very first day, she knew that this was the perfect career path for her. Jen's commitment to excellence and passion for caregiving have been evident throughout her journey with the company.
She has successfully completed her Care Certificate and has rapidly progressed to become a Senior Carer and Care Assessor. Jen's dedication to professional development is further demonstrated by her achievement of a Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 qualification with merit. Currently, she excels in her role as Office Manager, where she continues to make significant contributions to the team.
Jen is now poised to take the next step in her career by pursuing a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management. Her unwavering dedication, compassionate nature, and exceptional organisational skills make her an invaluable asset to Lincolnshire Home Care.

Jane completed her education in 1985 and embarked on a career in retail, where she earned a City and Guilds qualification in retailing. She later relocated to Lincolnshire, where she got married and became the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. Once her daughters began school, Jane transitioned into the care sector, dedicating herself to serving the local community. After taking a six-year hiatus to care for her father, she returned to community care with renewed passion and commitment. Jane is now one of our esteemed senior carers, primarily covering the Deeping and Bourne areas. She is known for her big heart and unwavering dedication, consistently going the extra mile for both her clients and colleagues

Andrea joined our team after an 18-year career as a landlady. Over the past four years with Lincolnshire Home Care, Andrea has earned her Care Certificate and Train the Trainer certifications. She is now one of our Senior Carers. Andrea is a dedicated team member, committed to providing exceptional care for both our clients and carers. She is known for her warm smile, contagious laugh, and attentive listening. Her care ethics are exemplary, and she consistently goes the extra mile when needed.

Debbie has a diverse background in retail and the public sector since leaving school. She transitioned to the care industry with Lincolnshire Home Care in 2016 and has since gained extensive experience in domiciliary care and care homes. Debbie rejoined our team in November 2024, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to care.
Over the years, Debbie has achieved her NVQ Level 2 in Adult Care, Care Certificate, and most recently, her Care Certificate Assessor Certificate. Her dedication to continuous professional development is commendable and reflects her commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
Due to Debbie’s extensive experience and caring personality, she was offered and accepted the Senior Carer position within six months of her return. She has excelled in this role, demonstrating exceptional leadership, empathy, and a strong work ethic. Debbie is a valued member of our team, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of those in her care.
