Great care from great carers. Very flexible, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. It not all about the person receiving the care but also the partner. Amazing what a quick chat can do to lift spirits.

Very happy to know dear Mum has carers twice a day and also she gets a bit of different company to talk too . Very cheerful and helpful too . Most times are great but the odd time the " visits" have been rather later than expected but the carers have been wonderful to still arrive . Even have contacted
me to explain this before arriving . Well done everyone .

We are exceptionally happy with Lincolnshire Home care for the services they have provided to my father in law (FIL) since February this year - and the care is ongoing. They were able to put a comprehensive package of care in place in an emergency which enabled my FIL to stay at home rather than be
hospitalised at that point. Over the months they have been able to work with my in laws - who were initially very vocally adamant !! that they did not need carers to this point where we have personal care twice a day and help with veg prep and shopping. My inlaws - both 92 are fiercely independent and yet the carers have been able to work around this and bring them to a point where their visits are actively looked forwards too! Such a relief for myself and my husband. Time keeping - which was VERY important to my in laws has been very good indeed. If carers are going to be late - maybe twice in 7 months we have always had a phone call. We cant ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

Easy to deal with, knowledgeable, reliable...and always adaptable. What started out as visits for Mum, with her needs, shifted into a very different set of visits for Dad, and his needs. Always a "can do" attitude from every member of staff. Our family really appreciates the help, care, and compassion,
given to Mum, and Dad - we'd be lost without it.

Since the carer began caring for my mum I've seen the biggest improvement in probably the last five years. I cannot thank her enough for what she's done for my mum's quality of life, she really has turned a corner since meeting her. Mum's had numerous carers over the years and she made a real difference;
going above and beyond. And making a real connection with my mum. Words can't express how appreciative my family and me are of Her efforts, she's really has been pivotal in giving my mum a new lease of life.

Dad is in his 90's, and lives alone, and is very independent. But is high risk for falling, and does require mild coaching to use his mobility equipment and other personal issues & eating.
We had had been using using Lincolnshire Homecare from May 2024 for a domestic / shopping arrangement and had
built up a good relationship with the regular carer and the company. That package started for 2days to finally ended 4 days a week, prior to his last fall at the end of June this year. Then it was decided he needed carers 4 times a day including his ongoing domestic / shopping package, which the Company quickly arranged and put in place.
I feel very re-assured that my Dad is been looked after by a Good trustworthy professional team, who are flexible and respectful to peoples needs and wishes and me my Dad can't thank them enough.
Would be more then happy to recommend Lincolnshire Homecare to others wanting help with care at home.

Lincs home care helped to care for mum for a bit more than two years at the end of her life.
Started with one or two small visits but developed into 4 much needed visits a day at the end. I will always be grateful to them not just for mum's care but the help they gave me.
The care team and office
staff were very caring, reliable and knowledgeable. Mum adored her carers and I feel that I made friendships with lots of great people who sadly I don't see anymore. Every carer was superb but I don't have space here to name them individually.
I'd recommend Lincs home care to anybody who needs help with care of an elderly relative.

I simply couldn't have managed without you. I am on my own with no near relatives, so was completely dependent on your ladies coming in, initially twice a day, but gradually reducing to mornings only as my injuries healed and I started to get my independence back, and then to just twice a week. There
were a few hiccups over timing for appointments, but everyone was friendly and helpful, so thank you.

I have complete trust in the company, staff, all aspects that they supply to me, I am totally endebted to my carrers for my shower and hair wash 3 times a week, they have complete understanding of my needs, I have to be moved via a ceiling hoist and sling.
They fit in with when I most need their care,
doing extra or one off comfort breaks if I am on my own. Extra care in the morning and evening when it has been needed.
Their understanding of my situation and the professionalism is a perfect balance, it gives my partner time off from the heavy load of being a caregiver.
I know that they will be here on time every week. It makes a very challenging situation seem less like a burden, more like having a friend call and help with small things that make a huge difference to my daily living.

We felt the weight lifted off our shoulders knowing mum was receiving such excellent care. The ladies were all marvellous and mum enjoyed them coming. Thank you so much, it was a hectic time for us but the professional care helped us so much as we don't live close.

Excellent team, all were very good & went out of their way to make sure my mother was safe & well looked after- the team leader helped me & was always available if I needed to speak with someone. Once a routine was established the individuals made it their business to go beyond the care needed.

Any issues are sorted out respectfully and quickly. Communication is good now. Staff/ client relationships are good. Most staff very considerate to needs. Would recommend them to others wanting care at home.

Mum was in her 90s and lived alone. She had had two bad falls which had resulted in two broken hips. Hence the need for carers.
Mum's carers were coming in 3, then 4 times a day.
They were helping her wash and dress and preparing her food.
Later they would come in and help her to bed.
They were
always friendly and willing to sit and talk with Mum. Which was what she wanted mostly.
They always spoke and treated her with love and respect.
Mum continued to fall, a few times, unfortunately, but her Carer's always made immediate contact with the appropriate medical service and with ourselves to let us know the situation.
When we needed to make any changes to the arrangements (for example, when Mum was kept in hospital for a few days), things were quickly sorted, without fuss.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for help.

After a break to raise her family, she returned as a support worker for clients with mental health and learning disabilities, eventually becoming a Team Leader. At 59, facing redundancy due to funding cuts, she founded Lincolnshire Home Care Ltd, which is now celebrating its 10-year anniversary.
