About the Role
We are looking for passionate and experienced Support Worker to work with our elderly and vulnerable service users in the Durham area.
Key Responsibilities
- ????Provide personalised care
- ????Monitor and respond to client’s needs throughout the shift
- ????Safely use hoists and other moving & handling equipment
- ????Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
- ????Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
Requirements
- ????Carer (Genuine Occupational Requirement under Equality Act 2010)
- ????Minimum 1 year of care experience
- ????Confident using hoists and moving & handling equipment
- ????Reliable, punctual, and professional
- ????Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- ????Must pass all recruitment and compliance checks

- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and also an interest in working with vulnerable adults. The successful candidates will work directly with a variety of service users who are both ambulatory and non-ambulatory. The Healthcare Assistants will need to be able to perform a variety of duties
