The Registered Manager at Seniors Helping Seniors sees the

The Registered Manager works from home while reporting
directly to the Nominated Individual. This is a hybrid role working
from home, with our clients and carers and in the community.
The
Registered Manager at Seniors Helping Seniors has opportunities to
work with other registered managers in our locations. There is an
imminent opportunity to develop and lead new initiatives with
leadership and seniority nationally.

We organise
schedules carefully, matching carers to our clients. Our clients are
self -funders and we have a one hour visit time (minimum) allowing
time for relationships to flourish.
Prior experience and
qualifications in care essential. We are looking for a safe pair of
hands and someone with ambition for our clients and our company. The
expectation is for our Registered Manager degree or equivalent NVQ5 in
leadership in health and social care.

We were rated Good by the CQC in April 2023 across all
five categories. Our Registered Manager has run our wonderful team of
carers for over two years, so this position is crucial for
sustainability, well-being and better-than ‘compliance’ within the service.

- Experience in a management position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent observational abilities, both physical and emotional
- Experience in assessing individual care and support needs
- Core management skills
- Interpersonal Savvy – Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, their families, carers and local professionals
- Accuracy in maintaining records
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, local services, and resources
- Knowledge and prior experience of CQC processes and inspections
- Understanding ageing and medical conditions affecting service users
- Capability to inspire others – leading by example
- Ability to work alone as well as collaboratively.
- Driving license and Car
- Must live and be able to work in the UK

Salary Expectations: £30-45,000
Salaries for a
Registered Manager vary based on experience, performance, and
location.
