Real testimonials from members of our amazing team:
“This is the second care company I’ve worked for and it’s very refreshing to see a care company that cares about something other than money! Right at home is very understanding and compassionate. All of the carers go above and beyond each week to ensure person centred and efficient care. This is all possible because management listen to the CareGivers and the clients. It can be daunting considering a career in care however right at home ensure proper training and “shadowing” before starting on your own.”
“I am a care provider with Right at Home, and I have worked within the company for just over a year. I came to the company at age fifty, with little experience of care work, however I was welcomed warmly and provided with the necessary training to feel confident in my role as a care giver. During this time, I have worked with the most wonderful clients and staff members; the encouragement of Right at Home management has also enabled me to support the development of other care-providers. In summary, I would highly recommend Right at Home for any person wishing to continue or join the care profession.”
“It is a privilege to work for this company, having an incredibly supportive management team and compassionate, collaborative team to work with. I feel I have been able to grow in my role and as a person, progressing with support and help through all aspects since becoming a part of this team. I would highly recommend joining or hiring this professional team of caregivers.”
