Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Excellence: Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
  • Culture Leadership: Demonstrate , articulate and demand the highest ethical standards of honesty, accountability, integrity and transparency in everything we do.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure strict adherence to regulations and policies, maintaining at least a "Good" CQC rating.
  • Safety Advocate: Prioritize health and safety for staff and clients alike.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to optimize service delivery.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and retain top-tier care assistants.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 3 or 5: Qualification in Social Care.
  • CQC Expertise: Thorough understanding of assessment criteria for achieving outstanding scores.
  • Management Experience: Demonstrated excellent leadership in healthcare service provision.
  • Must have: Right to Work full-time in the UK
  • Must have: full valid UK driving licence with own car, fully insured
  • Must have: ability to mutlitask and work productively in a very demanding and dynamic office
  • Must have: 100% willingness to be flexible at all times and as needed to support our clients and carers including some home care visits
