Job summary

Pay: £14.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications)
Plus weekend enhancements, 32p per mile paid mileage and £5.00 travel time per hour
Up to £7,000 Loyalty Programme

Location: Christchurch, Bournemouth and surrounding areas. 
Hours: Part-time, Permanent (Evening shifts Monday, Wednesday and Friday currently between 17:30 to 19:30 - run will increase to between 16:00 to 22:00 in the future)

Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide care that is respectful, personal, and meaningful.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
• Mobility support
• Meal preparation
• Medication assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
• Accurate care documentation and reporting

• Full UK driving licence essential
• Experience in care is welcome but not essential
• Willing to complete background checks
