Carons Care Line is a dedicated domiciliary care provider supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes across Codford, Warminster, and surrounding villages. The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Care Manager who can confidently manage a compliant service while also driving development, expansion, and improvement.

This role is ideal for someone based locally who understands the challenges of rural domiciliary care and is motivated to take ownership of both quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure full compliance with Care Quality Commission standards
  • Driveservice growth, including increasing care hours and private client base
  • Build strong relationships within the local community and with professionals
  • Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performing care team
  • Manage care planning, audits, and quality assurance processes
  • Monitor KPIs, performance, and operational efficiency
  • Effectively manage rotas within a rural setting
  • Lead on safeguarding and continuous improvement

Desirable

  • Experience in business development within domiciliary care
  • Track record of improving CQC ratings
  • Familiarity with systems such as Birdie
  • Good knowledge of the local area and community networks
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Must be locally based or able to commute to Codford/Warminster

Skills / Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of Care Quality Commission compliance and inspections
  • Ability to develop and expand a domiciliary care service
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
