I cannot thank Carons Care enough for their sympathetic and effective treatment of my elderly mother, I know if she could write her own review it would certainly reiterate my own praise.

They turned up on time, sent me a roster so that I could see who was coming to care for mum and were polite and treated mum with compassion at all times.

We used Carons Care Line to support my 101-year-old mother during my granddaughter's christening, and their service was exceptional. From collecting her from the care home to caring for her at the church and our home, and returning her safely, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. The carer, was friendly, efficient, punctual, caring, and made sure Mum was comfortable and included throughout. The manager, was pleasant, accommodating, and had a truly can-do attitude that made all the arrangements smooth and stress-free. The whole team was reassuring, kind, and completely reliable. Their support gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy the day knowing Mum was in excellent hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for thoughtful and professional care.

Caron's Care provided excellent care for my elderly father on his discharge from hospital. All the carers who attended him were kind and supportive. Communication with the agency was efficient and very straightforward. I could not recommend them highly enough! Fantastic service

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Carons Care Line and have had nothing but exceptional care from them for the last few years that my mum has needed a little bit of extra support at home. It wasn't an easy step for mum acknowledging that she needed a bit of help but this has meant that she has been able to retain her independence and stay in her much loved home which has made such a difference to her and to us as her children. All of the carers have gone out of their way to establish a rapport with mum and she genuinely looks forward to their visits! We have recently had to make some alterations to the weekly timetable at relatively short notice and the team went above and beyond to make sure that this was possible for which we are hugely grateful. Five star review from me for a five star team!

We use Caron Care Carers for 4 hrs. a day, six days a week. I have always found them friendly, prompt, caring, and focused on my wife's needs. They are accommodating whenever I have to make alterations to the weekly Care plan and keep in touch regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly. My wife really enjoys the time spent with her carers and is often disappointed when they have to leave.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Caron’s Care was looking after my 87 year old, disabled grandmother back in April and will be doing more care for her throughout the year. I’ve seen first hand how they look after their clients and I’m glad to say that I trust them fully with her care. All of their staff are incredibly friendly and caring. My grandmother loves all of them with a particular fondness for one staff member who was very sweet and bubbly. Will be looking forward to working with them in the future.

A very good service, adapts well to changes. All the carers are very good, friendly and reliable. Contact is very good, also very good suggestions and advice. Obviously, the user is the forefront of the support.

Mum is so well looked after by Carons Care Line team, nothing is too much trouble for them but, most importantly, they treat Mum as an individual and with great respect coupled with a sense of humour which Mum loves!

Very friendly and professional. The weekly care planner by email is concise and helpful. Staff have been excellent at recommending medical referrals where necessary. We really appreciate the support along what can be a lonely road.

Generally excellent - nothing too much trouble. No complaint over 'messy jobs' (many here, I regret). Excellent meals and cooking, cheerful conversation, invaluable shopping service. Good timekeeping - I am always pleased to see them!
