Whilst we are well away from our sister-in-law and our contact is, therefore, limited, we are convinced the carers are providing a brilliant service. Their care and concern is excellent and we have every confidence in their care and concern.

My mother has been using Carons Care Line for 2 years and is very happy with the care. They go above and beyond just caring for my mother. They are very helpful in explaining everything to me.

It is so comforting for us to know my parents-in-law are in safe and caring hands on a daily basis. The staff at Carons Care Line are worth their weight in gold: they not only care for Dad’s physical needs but also provide daily companionship, which is especially important to Mum. She looks forward to their visit and speaks about them most fondly. They are our eyes and ears when we are not able to be there on a daily basis, informing us of any potential problems before they arise. Communication and management are also excellent; it is reassuring to know we can turn to them at any time. We cannot thank and recommend the entire team highly enough.

We are all really happy and grateful for the care and kindness shown to Mum, some times over and above. Also grateful for the support they give to the whole family. We wouldn’t be without them and I know Mum feels the same.

The manager and the carers are very flexible and helpful with the difficulties presented by my parents who are both over 89 and very poor help. I wanted to employ Caron's Care because they provide a multitude of services that we can draw on to maximise the length of time they stay at home without needing to go into care.

Since I’ve had the care with Carons Care Line it’s been excellent. The company have been flexible and helpful. They complete all sorts of chores and activities, but sometimes, I just like to chat as I have no neighbours, so I find it enjoyable to have someone to talk to.
