This pivotal role ensures our service users receive consistent care from fully vetted and trained staff.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in health and social care setting
  • • Working knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • • Understanding of safe recruitment practices
  • • Knowledge of rota management and staffing requirements within a care setting
  • • Understanding of confidentiality
  • Auditing
  • Strong IT skills
  • • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
