First time using Adico this year. I cannot fault the service provided to us . The lead carer who was present at least once every day, was excellent throughout and coordinated everyone really well. Every carer, whether in the morning or evening came at the correct allotted time slot which worked perfectly
for our needs. They were kind, caring, cheerful and respectful throughout. They were all fantastic!
My Dad, who was the recipient of the care was really pleased with them. He enjoyed their company and the care they provided. 5 out of 5 on all accounts as far as we're concerned.

Adico have been helping my Mum for several years and everyone that visits her is amazing. They are cheerful, kind, and compassionate. Each week Mum looks forward to their visits. They bring the outside world into her living room and brighten up her day. The office staff are just as caring as the
staff who visit with Mum. They are always quick to reply whenever I have a question. Thank you to Adico for being there with my Mum when I can't always be there.

I have been a client/user of Adico care since 2019, and prior to that my wife was a client until her death in August 2018. On all counts I would rate Adico highly, and can only commend the carers I have had for their dedication, sympathy, efficiency and good humour. I have come to rely on them so much,
and I have never been let down. On the few occasions when sudden changes have to be made, these have been done with the minimum of impact upon my care, and always with courtesy and understanding.

My family can happily and confidently recommend Adico Care. They have consistently provided very kind and caring carers, and where possible the same carer regularly. New carers are introduced before their first visit. The company provides a very professional but kind service, they are thoughtful
and communication is good. My mother continues to receive excellent service from all at Adico Care. Thank you for all you do to help our mum.

My Partner has a carer once a week to sit with him while I am at work.The carer helps him with tasks to motivate and encourage him him i.e puzzles . games , piano playing and reading.Just having someone with him enables me to have time to work without worry, so peace of mind for me and support for

I want to shout from the rooftops about this amazing company. When you arrange care for a loved one you are filled with trepidation and fear, not to mention guilt. However, from start to finish Adico Care went above and beyond. Doing their upmost to ensure regular carers, even bringing carers to my
dad to introduce them to him prior to them working with him. They provided a service that was personable, person-centred and reliable. On the one occasion a person was late a phone call was received advising of the potential issue. As a family (and someone who has worked in the industry for 30 years) I have never witnessed such high standard care and support, not just to our dad but to us as his family. They are just total professionals.

At the very beginning of the care package, it was extremely difficult.
We had ten to eleven different carers and it just wasn't working.
My husband needs the same person to ensure continuity. Otherwise, he gets extremely confused.
More recently things have been so different.
We have regular carers
- who are extremely efficient - and my husband and I have been so much happier.
If things stay the same I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone.

Adico Care provides friendly, caring staff. Their level of care exceeded our expectations. All the carers who were involved with my father's care were fantastic. They became companions as well as carers. They were intuitive to what needed doing. They were observant enough to spot any changes in health
and picked up potential urine infections very early. We used a few care companies before and Adico is a different league above the rest.

Having been a dedicated member of the Adico team for the past nine years, I've had the privilege of experiencing various roles within the company. My journey began as a Carer for 18 months, providing direct support to our clients. This foundational experience was followed by two and a half years as a Supervisor and then nearly 5 years as a Care Co-ordinator, where I further developed my understanding of client needs and team support. I've continued to enjoy my role, finding immense satisfaction in helping others and ensuring the delivery of quality care to the individuals we support. I have genuinely loved every position I've held at Adico, and I am proud to be part of a team that makes such a positive impact on people's lives. When I'm not at work, much of my time is joyfully spent looking after my two beautiful children. In the quieter moments at the end of the day, I also enjoy relaxing by watching a good series with an iced coffee and some chocolate.
