Care Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Office &
Community Based
Hours: Full-time
Role Purpose
To lead on care quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete care reviews and reassessments
- Develop and review care plans and risk assessments
- Carry out staff supervisions
- Monitor compliance with policies and CQC standards
- Support audits and quality improvement plans
- Support out of hours team
Essential Criteria
- Strong background in care quality/compliance
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations
- Experience completing care plans and reviews
- Confident leadership and decision-making skills
Desirable Criteria
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 (or working towards)
- NVQ/QCF working towards level 5
- Audit or inspection experience
Skills for Care Alignment
- Level: Registered Manager Support / Leadership
- Framework: Level 3- 4 Diploma

Skills / Qualifications:
- L2 Diploma in health and social care
