Rob serves as the Area Coordinator for the Eastern and North Norfolk branch, ensuring seamless care navigation within the health and social care system. He connects service users with the right care teams at the right time and supports individuals in taking an active role in their own health and well-being. With a keen ability to assess evolving needs, Rob helps to enhance the quality of care and support provided.
