I asked for a fluid chart to be put in place , still not been actioned after 5 weeks and several times of asking. Hygiene standards have dropped, and carers just leave rubbish lay on table. Waste of time providing a communication book as it's never read. Same Clothes are put on client for days .

Couldn't be happier with the care and support from all at Leaf during a difficult period of my mother's care. All of the carers and management have not only been friendly, but physically and mentally supportive to my mum and to me, going above and beyond expectations. It's not just a job to them, they care too!

All staff have been helpful and polite and have engaged well with my mother. Helping both her and me whenever possible. Offering advice whenever requested or deemed necessary.

The carers go the extra mile to help you if you have any problems. I would definitely recommend Leaf Care Services to anyone who needed help.

I find my husband's carer is a very friendly person. As soon as she arrives, she talks to my husband and me as she washes my husband and shaves him. She asks him if he is dry and is he OK? She also talks to me about the time we went away for the weekend. Carer also changes the catheter bag every Friday.

My mother had come out of the hospital after she had broken her hip, after talking to Leaf Homecare & Support Services on the phone, arrangements were soon made for them to provide care. Since becoming a client, I have had no concerns, all carers arrive mostly within the predicted time slot and have turned up. I cant think of one carer that has not been polite or caring towards my mother. They have made themselves aware of her medical conditions and to the large extent are accurate with treatment and times etc. The carers are mostly regular which gives my mother who has Alzheimer's the stability she needs giving the added benefit of generally better health and well being. I would recommend this firm to the carers they provide and able to retain and also for their professional manner in which you are dealt with.
