The carers go the extra mile to help you if you have any problems. I would definitely recommend Leaf Care Services to anyone who needed help.
Up to now the service has been first class. Very good for my temperament, and age. The carers are first class.
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that our service has been a great fit for you. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we'll continue striving to provide the best care possible.
I am very happy with the care provided. Carers are very good, friendly and efficient and I look forward to my visits.
Very good - I give it five stars out of five.
I find my husband's carer is a very friendly person. As soon as she arrives, she talks to my husband and me as she washes my husband and shaves him. She asks him if he is dry and is he OK? She also talks to me about the time we went away for the weekend. Carer also changes the catheter bag every Friday.
My mother had come out of the hospital after she had broken her hip, after talking to Leaf Homecare & Support Services on the phone, arrangements were soon made for them to provide care. Since becoming a client, I have had no concerns, all carers arrive mostly within the predicted time slot and have turned up. I cant think of one carer that has not been polite or caring towards my mother. They have made themselves aware of her medical conditions and to the large extent are accurate with treatment and times etc. The carers are mostly regular which gives my mother who has Alzheimer's the stability she needs giving the added benefit of generally better health and well being. I would recommend this firm to the carers they provide and able to retain and also for their professional manner in which you are dealt with.

Now at Leaf Care, Chantelle combines this expertise with a hands-on, people-first approach. She is passionate about developing carers, building strong relationships with families, and making sure care is delivered with dignity, consistency, and compassion. Families choose Leaf Care because they know their care is led by someone who truly knows the sector — and who is committed to delivering care she would be proud for her own family to receive.
Leaf Care Services is proud to introduce Sarah Fox as the organisation’s Head of Quality. Sarah brings a wealth of leadership, operational and quality assurance experience to the sector, following a distinguished background in both the Armed Forces and health and social care. Before beginning her care career, Sarah served for four years in the Royal Corps of Signals as a Telecommunications Operator, travelling extensively and serving in operational environments including Bosnia and Iraq. After leaving the military to raise a family, she entered the care sector in 2012 and progressed through a wide range of roles, including Care Worker, Senior Carer, Unit Manager, Deputy Manager and Care Home and Nursing Home Manager across residential dementia and nursing services.
Sarah has developed extensive expertise in governance, auditing, compliance and quality improvement, having overseen services that achieved strong outcomes with the Care Quality Commission and PAMMS, including an “Outstanding” rated service. In October 2024, she was elected to a national position with UNISON as one of only 18 representatives on the National Social Care Committee for England, working alongside senior leaders and MPs to help shape the future of adult social care.
