Job summary
A job opening available for an energetic Full time Field Care Supervisor covering Hammersmith and Fulham Borough only.
Generaly this is an office based role with resposibilities mainly on the field.
The Field Care Supervisor is responsible for assessments, reviews, accurate record keeping, and day-to-day oversight of carer's performance in line with organisational policies and training, and CQC standards
You will be joining small and proactive team with may years of experience in the healthcare sector.
