What You’ll Be Doing

As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be supporting people during weekends, often when they need it most.

Your visits may include:

• Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Helping clients start their day or settle in for the evening
• Assisting with safe movement and mobility
• Preparing light meals and drinks
• Providing companionship, sometimes a chat is everything
• Supporting independence and daily routines
• Assisting with medication
• Completing short care notes after each visit

No two visits are the same, but every single one matters.

Pay & Benefits

We value our team properly, especially those giving up their weekends:

• £15.20 per hour
• 40p per mile mileage allowance
• Enhanced Bank Holiday pay
• Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
• Fully paid training and induction (no experience needed)

• Funded NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• No experience required, we’ll train you

• Reliability, your clients will count on you
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Where You’ll Be Working

Across Swindon and surrounding areas, including:
Wroughton, Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Purton, Cricklade, Chiseldon and nearby villages.
