We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced senior wellbeing worker to help lead high?quality care delivery and support both clients and staff.

Role Overview

As a senior wellbeing worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that every person we support receives safe, personalised and meaningful care. You will act as a point of contact for clients, families and staff, helping to maintain continuity, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high?quality, person?centred care and emotional support to clients

  • Complete wellbeing checks, monitor changes, and escalate concerns appropriately

  • Support care staff with guidance, mentoring and on?the?job coaching

  • Assist with care planning, risk assessments and documentation

  • Liaise with families, health professionals and external agencies

  • Promote independence, dignity and choice in all interactions

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and agency policies

  • Support rota management and respond to urgent care needs when required

  • Contribute to a positive, respectful and supportive team culture

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in domiciliary care (minimum 2 years)

  • Confident in supporting complex needs and wellbeing monitoring

  • Compassionate, patient and emotionally intelligent

  • Able to communicate clearly with clients, families and professionals

  • Organised, reliable and committed to high standards

  • Skilled in documentation and care?record systems

  • Able to work flexibly, including some weekends

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Ability to mentor, guide and support care workers in their daily duties

  • Competent in completing care notes, incident reports, risk assessments and other documentation

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and respond to urgent needs

  • Emotional intelligence, patience and a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable adults

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team

  • Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of care

  • Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries

Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.

  • Diploma in health and social care
  • Information Technology
  • Good written and digital record?keeping skills (experience with electronic care systems is an advantage
  • Full UK driving licence (not essential but beneficial)
  • Training in medication awareness
