Your Responsibilities:

· Supporting clients with personal care, medication, and meal preparation

· Providing companionship and promoting independence

· Encouraging social engagement and emotional well-being

· Respecting individual preferences and dignity in every aspect of care

· Accurately recording visits and collaborating with colleagues

What You’ll Need:

· A full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle. This is a community position, and therefore, you will need to hold a full UK Licence and have access to your own car.

· A genuine passion for helping others

· Strong communication skills and a caring nature

· Ability to work independently and within a team

· Understanding of care standards, policies, and safeguarding (training provided)

· We don’t offer Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)

· Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Shifts Available: Day shifts, night shifts, weekends, flexitime

COVID-19 Measures: Full PPE is provided and required for all staff.
