About the role
Place service users at the centre of care, respecting their wishes and preferences.
Respond and deal with emergencies
Maintain accurate and timely records of all care and support provided.
Provide personal care as required, including washing, bathing, oral care, toileting, and catheter care.
Carry out light domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and bed making.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Whats required
Female prefered
Minimum of one year’s experience
Knowledge of and adherence
to the Fundamental Standards
Understanding of the regulatory
framework governing the service, including the role and requirements
of the CQC
Commitment to obtaining relevant qualifications
proportionate to the role
Attendance at statutory training and
any additional training as directed by management
Adherence to
all policies and procedures relevant to the role

Participation in regular supervisions
and working observation sessions
