Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Enfield for a Registered Care Manager, or someone working towards their Level 5 to obtain registration. The Care Manager will oversee the daily operations of care delivery, supporting clients and their families to ensure high-quality, personalized care plans. Responsibilities include managing a team of care professionals conducting client assessments, coordinating services, providing training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Care Manager will act as a key point of communication and collaboration between clients, families, and the wider care team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Case Management and experience developing and maintaining care plans
• Experience in Training and mentoring care professionals and care staff
• Knowledge and experience in Elder Care and Social Services
• A solid understanding of Medicine as it relates to elder care
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance within a care setting
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in health, social care, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
