Job summary

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in domiciliary care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and feeding
- Support individuals with mobility and physical activities
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Implement care plans and provide emotional support to clients
- travel to various locations to provide care services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
- Utilise English language skills to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
- Utilise basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Understanding of care plans and willingness to follow them accurately
- Proficient in English language both written and verbal
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
