We employed Elsah Healthcare to help look after my elderly father as he returned home after a month in hospital. We could not have asked for a better team of carers!

Both of the carers were caring and thorough in every aspect of their work. They treated my father and his wife with kindness, dignity and respect, maintaining a professional yet warm approach. Their attention to detail and genuine compassion made a real difference to Dad's comfort and recovery.

Amazing help at very short notice. My mum took to the 24 hour care when my dad was taken into hospital. I loved the carers - it was a hard situation with my dad being my mums primary carer. The response rate was absolutely phenomenal. The carers first rate.

The carers are always punctual and if running late (very rare) will keep us updated. They always greet my father in-law with a cheerful smile and greeting using his name. They help him and always ensure he is happy and all ok. We are very happy with the care and attention they give his needs. Like little angels. Thank you for helping us and looking after our father, we appreciate you all.

Since the carers have returned to care for my mum the improvement in her has been amazing. She is pretty much immobile and the carers do so much to make sure she isn't just left in bed every day. Mum's mental health has improved enormously since they came back. The fact that they do simple things well, such as chatting with her really improves her mood.

Our mum's overall care is exceptional. They are person-centred, approachable, professional, patient, competent, happy, local and flexible. They really care about her and tailor to her needs. They go the extra mile, above and beyond. They treat her like family. They can be reached easily via phone, email etc. One of the best care agencies in the Borough of Bromley!

The care manager and the Elsah team were very supportive of my dad's situation right from the start. The carers from Elsah were professional and the management team was more than flexible to accommodate my father's ever-changing schedule due to his condition and hospital stays, sometimes very last minute too. My sister-in-law has cancer, and after a few months of treatment, it became apparent she would need support. I live 170 miles away with her brother, making it difficult to be able to help with some of her daily needs. She chose Elsah Healthcare Ltd to assist on a daily basis with making lunch and tidying the kitchen, reminding her to take her medication. I am a retired care assistant and know that it can be very challenging at times. All the care workers involved have been very kind and understanding and regularly go above and beyond. Over the last few months, my sister-in-law has become very confused, and the carers stay longer than scheduled to make sure all her needs have been catered for. With living a distance away, it's very reassuring to know that she has people caring for her that you can trust.

The person caring for my husband shows such professional service and kindness and is extremely kind and thoughtful too. Due to the care, my husband now can use the toilet by himself and his health improved due to the care. Thank you.

They have looked after my 91-year-old mum so well since she became very frail in June last year and stepped up to all the challenges she's undergone mentally and physically with dementia and becoming bedbound. They have totally dedicated themselves to looking after her health, hygiene and catering to her specific food likes and dislikes and given her a great quality of life in this last phase of her life making her feel loved and happy with every visit they make. They work with and communicate with all the family so well and work incredibly hard with tons of experience under their belt and wisdom on elderly care. They are an amazingly compassionate, professional, caring team and my mum and family are very grateful to have them in our lives.

The carers that support my mum have been excellent and incredibly flexible in their service to meet her needs. As a family, we feel confident she is always in safe and caring hands. Their communication with us, as a family, is really good.

My sister who lives alone became ill with cancer in Autumn 2021. As her treatment continued she started to develop confusion and started to forget simple household procedures. Elsah Healthcare came in during Summer 2022 and have provided a wonderful comprehensive, caring service to look after her, including accompanying her at medical appointments, shopping, cleaning and most importantly reminding her to take medicines, food and fluids. They have always been prepared to go the extra mile in order to maintain her care when situations changed or my sister was unable to make decisions and very adept at making sensible decisions at short notice. I live over 150 miles away, but have been able to stay in the loop because Elsah carers report each day via an app; and via a WhatsApp group. A wholly excellent service, thank you.

In my experience, the staff of Elsah Healthcare are kind, caring and very professional. They regularly "go the extra mile", putting in so much time and effort to make sure that my relative is safe and happy. In rapidly changing circumstances they have been able to adjust and adapt, finding solutions to some quite puzzling and difficult conundrums! I am truly grateful for their dedication; and my relative says the people who care for her are lovely. I agree.
