The carers are very caring and always friendly and they have always looked after my partner very well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a carer.

I can not recommend this care company enough. They are the best I’ve ever used for mum. We are both over the moon with the care and support mum receives. The carers go above and beyond in everything they do. They go out of their way to help mum and make sure she’s always happy. If you need care for yourself or any of your family this is the company I would highly recommend.

Mum had regular carers who were incredibly warm, caring, and respectful. Mum really liked the ladies who came to her, she felt safe with them and they made her laugh. Communication between the company and mum was good, with mum knowing who was coming and when.

Elsah Healthcare conducted a detailed assessment to establish the needs of the client. During this meeting the care needs and hours of care required were discussed. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the assessment and the communication between myself and the manager to organise the timings and having suitable carers. The carers were introduced to the client before they worked with her. This allowed her to familiarise herself with the carers and allowed the carers to develop an understanding of the client’s needs. The carers provided a high standard of care and support allowing the client to access community-based activities. I would recommend Elsah Healthcare to clients and their families as they provide a reliable and high-quality care to vulnerable clients.

I highly recommend Elsah Healthcare without hesitation. The team is a breath of fresh air! They have a holistic approach to the delivery of their care. In the last month since the team took over the care of my brother, the team has exceeded the expectations of my brother the client, and myself after a nightmarish introduction to the world of home healthcare. Leadership is competent, informed, and organised. As a consequence, the quality of care has been exceptional, over and above. They have been paying attention to his psychosocial aspect of care, his physical wellbeing, nutrition, exercise, safe and clean environment, exhibiting good assessment skills and timely reporting of concerns, excellent communication. For them, it's a calling. They are restoring trust. My brother's anxiety is low so is mine. They are in essence taking care of the whole family. If on this trajectory, they hold the key to being future consultants of their home healthcare model.

My mum liked the carers that visited, they were all friendly and engaging with my mother, which put us at ease. Communication between the carers and family was good, anything urgent was communicated straight away and there were times that the carers went above and beyond when they would stay with my mum on a couple of occasions when ambulances were needed to be called. Very happy with Elsah!

A new service to me after a poor introduction to the world of professional care for my elderly mother with another provider. The carers are all genuine, clearly love their job, and provide consistently good care. I know I can rely on them if I am not here on occasion.

When Elsah Healthcare were first employed to care for my mother-in-law it took a couple of weeks to sort timings and actually what care she needed. This was all sorted efficiently and professionally and also extremely caring to our needs as well as hers. After the first couple of weeks settling in we as a family really can't say enough about Elsah Healthcare. They were absolutely brilliant in every way. The Managing Director made several visits to my mother-in-law with the carers to see everything was going smoothly and that everyone was happy. Which was a lovely thing to do. My mother-in-law loved to see all the girls that came to her home, they all were very friendly whilst doing a professional job. As I said earlier our experience with Elsah Healthcare was 1st class all round and wouldn't bat an eye to recommend this company. We are very grateful to have had such lovely people care for my mother-in-law.

My parents were in your care from March to June this year. Your dedication towards my parents was exceptional, two of your carers, in particular, it is not just a job they are genuine people who are dedicated to their profession. I would most certainly recommend Elsah Healthcare.

A regular set of carers of mixed abilities, some were good cooks, some were not! Most could make my bed and put my sock on.

All carers are attentive and caring. Timekeeping is now good (initially, timekeeping difficult due to carers being held up due to road works).

My mother is in a nursing home which uses staff from Elsah Healthcare. The staff who I have met from this agency are professional, caring and of a happy disposition, giving my mother love, care and attention. As I have not been in direct contact with the agency, I cannot give an accurate assessment for overall standard and management so therefore have given good.
