Excellent care and service. The director and her team provide an unparalleled level of care and kindness, the likes of which I’ve never known. My mum is treated with thoughtfulness, compassion, and dignity. The Elsah team are highly responsive, adaptive, and flexible to the needs of the client. They go above and beyond the remit of what is deemed as great care and provide a highly personalised, tailored care package which best fits the client, I cannot recommend Elsah highly enough. I could not wish for anything more than they provide.

My mother has Parkinson’s and got Covid in December 2020. She had pneumonia 4 times in a year snd she was very close to giving up. She lost all her independence. In a year she only spent 2 months at home due to numerous hospital admissions rehab etc. The hospital decided to discharge my mother to a care home without consultation. On arrival, my mother spent hours crying on the phone. I live away so after 4 days I went to visit her. It was horrendous, my mother was left naked sitting on a bed for 2 hours, made to eat her breakfast on the commode as shortage of staff. I packed my mother's things and we ‘escaped’ from the home and on our journey home I rang the director and her husband who run the agency desperate, not knowing what I could do next. They gave us a live-in carer for 5 weeks. Amazing ! After five weeks with this carer, my mum's cognitive function improved, she was walking again and socialising with her friends. This care is the future. Thank you for giving me my Mum back.

She has regular carers come in who are always incredibly caring and she really looks forward to having them in. They always make sure everything is done before they leave and make sure she is happy and got everything she needs. Overall, always happy with the service from the care team.

I feel that my friend is being very well looked after and cared for by her live-in carers and all of the carers who visit her. They are all warm and friendly and go out of their way to help her and be kind to her and I feel that management are making sure that procedures are followed and everything is as it should be. Overall I am very happy with my friend's care.

My dad has always received excellent care from his carers, they always go above and beyond to help with his needs and keep me informed of everything I need to know about. They kept in contact during his hospital stays, showing concern and genuinely wanting to know he was ok. He is very pleased and happy with the care he receives.

I am very happy with my care provider, they are professional, caring and I always look forward to seeing them every day being housebound I don't get out to see people anymore so they are not just carers but my friends as well. The girls are fantastic at what they do. I was with them for 6 weeks and then I requested them back. I am happy with my care now.

All girls were wonderful, most outstanding were 2 in particular who had completed their tasks very efficiently and helpfully. I know I can look forward to their visits and love interacting with them.

OMG what can I say! My mum has been having carers for the past couple of months and I can not thank the staff enough for what they have done for Mum and myself. They have gone over and beyond what a carer would normally do. Without them, I don't know where we would be.

Elsah took over Mum's care at extremely short notice on a Friday, meeting with us especially on Sunday to ensure they fully understood Mum’s needs for day one on Monday. The day-to-day communication and responsiveness from the management team was outstanding, ensuring peace of mind for me. Mum was taken care of with understanding and patience by the different carers (she was having 4 visits a day). Difficulties with her unwillingness to cooperate due to dementia was handled gently and mum was coaxed to eat, exercise, and partake in activities during the carer visits. Mum was eventually found a place in a care home and Elsah made the last weeks in her own home possible. Remarkable in the circumstances of Covid and huge staffing challenges in the care sector. A grateful thank you.

The team have been caring for my Grandad since Jan 2022. Grandad is elderly 89 years old and has a background of health problems. Since the team have been visiting Grandad 3 times per week, the difference is unbelievable. He looks healthier and happier in himself. They always take the time to talk to him, care for him and generally look after all his needs. None of my requests have been too much trouble. I reviewed Elsah Healthcare before engaging their services and met with 2 other providers, and the team at Elsah by far were just the most caring. Their communication with me over his care is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team to anyone thinking about care.

After dealing with two different sets of caring agencies, I have realised the care and staff were very good, with occasional exceptions, and the management were much better than were given credit for. Most of the care staff tried really hard to provide the best care they could, and my mother liked them and responded positively, while the management went out of their way to provide what was required. The problem was that there is a national shortage of carers because they are generally undervalued and underpaid by the organization that stumps up most of the money - the Government. Social services can only do what they do with the limited resources they are given, and Elsah did their best under the circumstances, for which I now commend them.

Kind and efficient carers. The carers that attend to my friend are all lovely and go beyond the expectations. My friend is really pleased with the care she gets. These ladies are like family to her. I highly recommend Elsah Healthcare.

Goes the extra mile to keep the flat clean and tidy; make me regular timely meals. They help me with my personal care and accompany me for walks for my exercises. They are polite, respectful and treat me with respect. I would recommend the company to friends. They offer an excellent service on average, and I would recommend them.

We had different carers last year and were totally unsatisfied with them and we changed to Elsah Healthcare and from the very first day we were really impressed at the high level of care and they were kind, friendly and professional in all aspects of taking care of our father. We would recommend anyone to use this company as they are truly what they stated, a place where every client is treated with respect and they make sure they do their utmost best to take care of every need of the people they help, I would give the highest stars to this company as they are truly excellent in all ways.

I used to have a different care company for my dad which none of the family were pleased with and had to change independently. I came across Elsah Healthcare as they had great reviews and I can honestly say they are a breath of fresh air, the amount of weight has been lifted off my shoulders, I cannot recommend them enough, they make sure my dad is left happy and comfortable before leaving.
