Salary: £13.75-15.50 per hour, plus travel time and mileage paid between visits

Hours: Full time or part time

What is Domiciliary Care?

Domiciliary care, often known as home care, is provided to people living within their homes who require support with day-to-day household tasks, personal care, or activities they may find strenuous, allowing them to maintain their quality of life and wellbeing at home.

The care that we provide is personalised and tailored to our clients’ wants and wishes, ensuring they remain confident, happy and comfortable within their own home. From the beginning of their care journey, we learn about their likes, dislikes, wants, wishes and requirements, learning about how they want their care to be delivered.

A domiciliary carer’s duties include, but aren’t limited to:

• Personal Care
• Household Cleaning
• Hydration Assistance
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Prompts
• Support with Mobility
• Running Errands
• Companionship and social activities
• Emergency Response
• Help Getting Dressed
• Social Inclusion

Skills and attributes

• Some previous care experience preferred but full training is provided
• You must be 18+ and hold a full UK driving license with access to a car and business insurance
• Able to work in and around Norwich
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (paid for by the company)
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient nature
• Shifts typically include one weekend every two weeks to ensure our clients receive consistent care.
• Right to work in the UK

• Target starting date ASAP
