Home Care Worker

CM Bespoke Care Ltd. Is a privately owned nurse-led, client-focussed home care company. Providing personal treatment, nursing, personal care and companionship services to adults in their own homes across Shropshire and Worcestershire.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily household tasks and chores
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client
- Help with personal care tasks, such as bathing or dressing, if needed
- Monitor and assist with medication reminders
- Accompany the client to appointments or social outings, as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a home assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in conversation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability on weekends or evenings if needed
