Care Worker

Looking to recruit individuals to provide care and support to indivudals in their own homes,

Provide person centred care.

Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing

To support Service Users with all aspects of their day to day living, enabling them to enjoy the best possible quality of life

Be Compassionate, exercicse good communication skills and be calm and caring

Ensure Care Plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed and updated

Be responsible for informing the Senior Carer of any changes in the needs of Service Users

Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support providing personal care, supporting clients, recording, administering medication and among many other tasks.

Be a car driver and have access to a vehicle have At least 6 months in care is essential for this role
