The service and help from Tempur during the last 18 months has been exemplary. Both for myself and my late husband. Their support has been much appreciated. Everyone was very professional and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a help a heartfelt thank you to all the staff from me.

I have care from Tempnur for the past 3 yrs and I am dismayed that the company is having to move and they cannot cover Barnsley area due to non referals from Barnsley Council. This has caused so much distress to me as the care I have received has been the most excellent. The support and care and friendship is the best. I would give Tempnur 10 gold star rating.

My partner had these carers in his home for just a few short weeks. Each carer that visited was friendly treating him with dignity and fun. He looked forward to them coming four times a day to help him with his personal care. He was sad to say goodbye as he had to transfer to a care home for end of life care.

Absolutely fabulous friendly staff that know what they are doing, since moving to this company it has relieved me to do other important things that I have neglected to care for my husband which I was doing single handed for around a year.

Cannot fault them. The staff are professional yet caring, considerate, friendly and go above and beyond for the care of my mum who has advanced Alzheimer's now. I could not manage without them. They listen to my requests and ensure Mum has the same staff at all times for familiarity. They accept quick cancellations if I need to sleep over at Mum's or Mum is fast asleep. Although I visit daily, I would be unable to work if it wasn't for them. Communication between myself and the carers is good as they message if a problem and the app lets me keep an eye on how mum is doing whilst I'm working and can monitor her food and fluid intake and ensure she is happy and comfortable. I can also relay how well Mum has slept etc. Thank you so much, you are lifesavers and help me keep my sanity.

We cannot fault the two carers that come to bathe my mother at 8 am. They are very gentle, friendly and explain to her what they are doing at each stage. The service has been excellent and would highly recommend.

Our experience with Tempnur Care has been absolutely faultless from first having a home assessment, Tempnur were very thorough in documenting all my husband's health issues and care needs. The carer allocated to my husband's care is very thorough, paying excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining my husband's dignity at all times. She is friendly, having conversations with both me and my husband, putting us at ease. She takes her allocated time to do an amazing job. The carer is punctual and always arrives within 10 minutes of the arranged time. I cannot stress enough how pleased we are with the excellent service provided by Tempnur Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones. Their thorough attention to detail on invoicing for payment is efficient and ease of payment made so simple, 100% hassle-free, as I said Tempnur care are the go-to for professional efficient care services.
