My partner had these carers in his home for just a few short weeks. Each carer that visited was friendly treating him with dignity and fun. He looked forward to them coming four times a day to help him with his personal care. He was sad to say goodbye as he had to transfer to a care home for end of
life care.

Absolutely fabulous friendly staff that know what they are doing, since moving to this company it has relieved me to do other important things that I have neglected to care for my husband which I was doing single handed for around a year.

We had an amazing experience with these carers for my Dad. They were very professional, caring and gentle. Always had a smile and listened if we had concerns. My Dad was very happy with his care and often said they were lovely with him.

amazing service from first point on contact to the care they provided. My dad had a fall and although physically fine it really knocked his confidence and was afraid to say on his own overnight, after staying with us for a while he wanted to get back to his normal routine at home, i spoke to to the
manager who was excellent and explained the services they could provide and recomended a carer that would suit my dad and his personallity .which she matched up perfectly, they were punctual and the service they provided was excellent.
i would def recommend and use in the future if needed

Cannot fault them. The staff are professional yet caring, considerate, friendly and go above and beyond for the care of my mum who has advanced Alzheimer's now. I could not manage without them. They listen to my requests and ensure Mum has the same staff at all times for familiarity. They accept quick
cancellations if I need to sleep over at Mum's or Mum is fast asleep. Although I visit daily, I would be unable to work if it wasn't for them. Communication between myself and the carers is good as they message if a problem and the app lets me keep an eye on how mum is doing whilst I'm working and can monitor her food and fluid intake and ensure she is happy and comfortable. I can also relay how well Mum has slept etc. Thank you so much, you are lifesavers and help me keep my sanity.

We cannot fault the two carers that come to bathe my mother at 8 am. They are very gentle, friendly and explain to her what they are doing at each stage. The service has been excellent and would highly recommend.

Our experience with Tempnur Care has been absolutely faultless from first having a home assessment, Tempnur were very thorough in documenting all my husband's health issues and care needs. The carer allocated to my husband's care is very thorough, paying excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining
my husband's dignity at all times. She is friendly, having conversations with both me and my husband, putting us at ease. She takes her allocated time to do an amazing job. The carer is punctual and always arrives within 10 minutes of the arranged time. I cannot stress enough how pleased we are with the excellent service provided by Tempnur Care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones. Their thorough attention to detail on invoicing for payment is efficient and ease of payment made so simple, 100% hassle-free, as I said Tempnur care are the go-to for professional efficient care services.

Mum has been in the care of Tempnur for I think over a year now. As a nurse myself I do the best I can for Mum but can't be there all the time and she is becoming increasingly dependent. The whole team at Tempnur from manager to the ladies who care for Mum have been empathic, knowledgeable and deliver
superb care to her. Her regular carers remain careful, vigilant and report back to every time there is concern. A recent glitch with Mum on discharge from hospital proved trying for all concerned and the highly professional management as well as continued empathy and concern for Mum remains high. I found Tempnur by pure chance and have total confidence in them. I highly recommend this company and their carers for your special person.

Over the past year, Tempnur has provided a companion for my 90-year-old mother-in-law, who was determined to stay independent, living alone in her own house. Several visits a week to just chat, have a cup of coffee, pop to shops etc. This service has been invaluable to me as memory has worsened and
she has often been unable to cope with issues arising eg doctors and hospital appointments, some of which have arisen at short notice. Tempnur has unfailingly managed to reorganise regular visits to accommodate change of plans. In addition, access to the RoundSys system has enabled me to know when visits have taken place, who went and what happened, even when my mother was unable to recall. This was enormously reassuring for me. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Tempnur and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a companion to just provide social contact to someone living alone or to assist with day-to-day tasks such as shopping etc. Thank you.

The care provided to my dad has been excellent throughout the 12 months he has been cared for at home, The manager has been very helpful in ensuring the care meets Dad's needs (e.g. by providing male carers) and consistency of the same care staff has helped greatly. Care staff have been kind and courteous
ensuring they complied with Dad's wishes at all times. They have also made sure they looked after my mum. We cannot thank them enough.
