Tempnur Care has been helping me take care of my 98-year-old mum since November 2023. Mum and I cannot fault them. They are kindness itself to both of us, don't make a fuss and treat Mum with respect and dignity. They maintain a sense of humour and deal efficiently and discreetly with whatever they
encounter. Each time Mum moves into a different phase of her decline, the carers adapt and cope. Without Tempnur, Mum could not spend whatever time is left to her living comfortably in her own home. I couldn't be doing this without them, and would recommend them to anyone needing extra help at home.

My mum passed away this morning and we didn't get time to phone before her carers arrived. The respect that the carers had for my mum by coming into her home and paying their respects to her and then to my family was very nice and never seen anything like that before so Tempnur Care, thank you so much
and the carers who cared for my mum.

Mum's care company are excellent in every way possible. I cannot thank them enough, they have made such a different to Mum's life and our families' lives because we can trust in them to do the job without cutting any corners. I would definitely recommend them. It's a five star service.

I cannot praise the staff of Tempnur Care highly enough for their dedication and the support they provided to my elderly dad. It was so reassuring for the family. Dad's care workers were so respectful and always displayed such friendly professionalism and care. Their approach was so appreciated.
The
same also applies to the management team we had contact with who were always at the end of the phone, accommodating any increase of calls we required and liaising with family. They also undertook regular reviews with the family. Thank you so very much.

Thank you so much to the whole team at Tempnur Care. Each day, every visit we are greeted with such warm, lovely, happy and friendly staff. They all treat my dad and his home with such care and respect. He has made such a lovely bond with them and looks forward to seeing them each day. He calls them
his angels. We as a family feel so lucky to have such an amazing team taking care of our dad. They have made a massive difference to us. You all go above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. Management is very easy to contact and lovely to speak to. Will call to check if things are okay and if anything is needed. I am very happy with the care from Tempnur Care. They are very good with Mum, with all her personal care and they know just what she needs. Without Tempnur Care, I would be struggling with Mum, I am very grateful.

We cannot praise all the staff who care for my mum enough. They all enter our home with a smile and friendly greetings. They have built up positive, caring relationships with Mum and the rest of the family. All staff treat Mum with dignity and show her respect whilst meeting her care needs fully. I
particularly like the way they explain to Mum what they are doing and ask her, not tell her. They are always patient and polite.
Mum often comments to family and friends saying “They are all just so lovely”.
I have had regular contact with management who are always eager to help, check if we are happy with the service and meet our requests. For instance, after staff noticed Mum was tired on a morning it was suggested Mum’s morning call was made later, which really helped.

The carers are absolutely amazing and so respectful to your home and family. They go over and above expectations and are so thorough in what they do. By far the best carers we ever had. They always accommodated our needs and management was always on hand to help/review our circumstances.

Mum received excellent care and companionship from every person who cared for her. Mum really looked forward to them visiting. They sorted out appropriate health care when Mum needed it. I would highly recommend them, do not hesitate to use their amazing service. I went on holiday knowing Mum was safe
and well looked after.

I live in Scotland but was down visiting family last week. Mum has been having the team in for the past couple of weeks now, so I was able to meet with the girls on various occasions. I found them very professional, but also, caring and so very kind to my mum. She is getting to know them and they are
building a lovely relationship with her. It is comforting to know that she is getting such wonderful care. Well done to you all and thank you.

The carer is very kind, caring and gentle. Mum absolutely loves her coming and says her visit set's her up for the day. Care delivery is very person-centred, the carer takes time and care to get to know what matters to mum. They sing whilst getting mum showered, and have a laugh, which mum loves. Mum
never feels rushed, and if the carer has any concerns about mum, she always follows through to a resolution before leaving (eg contacting her GP). Other carers have come on occasion, and are also lovely. The company ethos is great.
