Tempnur Care

Mum has been in the care of Tempnur for I think over a year now. As a nurse myself I do the best I can for Mum but can't be there all the time and she is becoming increasingly dependent. The whole team at Tempnur from manager to the ladies who care for Mum have been empathic, knowledgeable and deliver superb care to her. Her regular carers remain careful, vigilant and report back to every time there is concern. A recent glitch with Mum on discharge from hospital proved trying for all concerned and the highly professional management as well as continued empathy and concern for Mum remains high. I found Tempnur by pure chance and have total confidence in them. I highly recommend this company and their carers for your special person.

First of all, thank you to the carers that have been coming to Mam. They have been very friendly and happy. They have shown qualities of kindness, empathy and understanding while attending to Mam's needs. While at all times remaining efficient and professional. We are very grateful.

Over the past year, Tempnur has provided a companion for my 90-year-old mother-in-law, who was determined to stay independent, living alone in her own house. Several visits a week to just chat, have a cup of coffee, pop to shops etc. This service has been invaluable to me as memory has worsened and she has often been unable to cope with issues arising eg doctors and hospital appointments, some of which have arisen at short notice. Tempnur has unfailingly managed to reorganise regular visits to accommodate change of plans. In addition, access to the RoundSys system has enabled me to know when visits have taken place, who went and what happened, even when my mother was unable to recall. This was enormously reassuring for me. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Tempnur and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a companion to just provide social contact to someone living alone or to assist with day-to-day tasks such as shopping etc. Thank you.

The care provided to my dad has been excellent throughout the 12 months he has been cared for at home, The manager has been very helpful in ensuring the care meets Dad's needs (e.g. by providing male carers) and consistency of the same care staff has helped greatly. Care staff have been kind and courteous ensuring they complied with Dad's wishes at all times. They have also made sure they looked after my mum. We cannot thank them enough.

Carers provided could not be better. They are thoughtful, kind and gentle. They give me confidence as I was nervous having to get help washing and dressing. Could not be without their help now.

Tempnur Care has been helping me take care of my 98-year-old mum since November 2023. Mum and I cannot fault them. They are kindness itself to both of us, don't make a fuss and treat Mum with respect and dignity. They maintain a sense of humour and deal efficiently and discreetly with whatever they encounter. Each time Mum moves into a different phase of her decline, the carers adapt and cope. Without Tempnur, Mum could not spend whatever time is left to her living comfortably in her own home. I couldn't be doing this without them, and would recommend them to anyone needing extra help at home.

My mum passed away this morning and we didn't get time to phone before her carers arrived. The respect that the carers had for my mum by coming into her home and paying their respects to her and then to my family was very nice and never seen anything like that before so Tempnur Care, thank you so much and the carers who cared for my mum.

Mum's care company are excellent in every way possible. I cannot thank them enough, they have made such a different to Mum's life and our families' lives because we can trust in them to do the job without cutting any corners. I would definitely recommend them. It's a five star service.

Excellent staff looks after me in the shower ect, above and beyond. Don't know how I would manage without them.

The same also applies to the management team we had contact with who were always at the end of the phone, accommodating any increase of calls we required and liaising with family. They also undertook regular reviews with the family. Thank you so very much.

Thank you so much to the whole team at Tempnur Care. Each day, every visit we are greeted with such warm, lovely, happy and friendly staff. They all treat my dad and his home with such care and respect. He has made such a lovely bond with them and looks forward to seeing them each day. He calls them his angels. We as a family feel so lucky to have such an amazing team taking care of our dad. They have made a massive difference to us. You all go above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. Management is very easy to contact and lovely to speak to. Will call to check if things are okay and if anything is needed. Once again, thank you to all, we are delighted.

I am very happy with the care from Tempnur Care. They are very good with Mum, with all her personal care and they know just what she needs. Without Tempnur Care, I would be struggling with Mum, I am very grateful.

I have had regular contact with management who are always eager to help, check if we are happy with the service and meet our requests. For instance, after staff noticed Mum was tired on a morning it was suggested Mum’s morning call was made later, which really helped.

Care workers are caring and compassionate.

The carers are absolutely amazing and so respectful to your home and family. They go over and above expectations and are so thorough in what they do. By far the best carers we ever had. They always accommodated our needs and management was always on hand to help/review our circumstances.

The care my wife receives is first class. The carers take the time to bond with the person receiving care and put them at ease. The particular carer we have epitomises this action. We could not be more satisfied.
