Care Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)

• Assisting with medication (where trained)

• Helping with meal preparation and hydration

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with mobility and transfers

• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation

• Ensuring clients’ safety and wellbeing at all times

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and respectful approach

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliability and commitment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred for domiciliary care roles)
