We are supported by over 30 years of experience in the care sector, bringing strong clinical insight, governance, and a clear vision for high standards and sustainable growth.
Due to the planned retirement of our current Registered Manager, we are seeking an experienced and driven individual to take over a well established service and lead its next phase of development and growth.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and high quality care delivery.

- Develop, review, and oversee care plans, including complex needs such as dementia care
- Recruit, lead, and develop a committed team of care professionals, fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Maintain full compliance with safeguarding, medication management, and health and safety requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders
- Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Take an active role in business development, including:
- Building links with local authorities, hospitals, and community organisations
- Supporting referrals and increasing client numbers
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the service
- Manage rotas and staffing levels to ensure safe and consistent care delivery
About You
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior role within domiciliary care or a similar setting
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements and adult social care regulations
- Confident in managing compliance, audits, and inspections
- A natural leader who can motivate, support, and hold a team accountable
- Commercially aware, with the ability to contribute to service growth and development
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding care
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Relevant experience in care management is essential
- Full UK driving licence is desirable
