Care /Support Worker

Looking for caring and compassionate Carer to join our team .

Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate and personalised care to elderly individuals in their home
- Assisting with medication reminders and administration
- Administering personal care tasks with dignity and respect
- Supporting with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met
- Engaging with clients to ensure their well-being and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the designated supervisor

Requirements:
- Genuine passion and empathy for caring for elderly individuals
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and their families
- Ability to carry out personal care tasks sensitively and professionally
- Knowledge of medication management and willingness to assist with medication administration
- Experience in meal preparation and understanding of dietary requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to supporting elderly clients
