Stellar Healthcare Solutions have provided an excellent service for my father. The staff and management are so kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble. They are always so cheerful and adaptable to my father's needs. The service has been extremely flexible and communication is excellent. As a family we feel very supported by Stellar and more importantly so does my father. Without their service, my father would not be able to stay in his own home and we are eternally grateful that he has such a caring team around him, provided by Stellar. Our Registered Manager is a highly motivated and professional registered nurse. Her background in management for 6 years and working in the Health and Social Care sector as a qualified nurse for 15 years provides a valuable foundation in her role as the founder and Registered nurse of Stellar Health Care Services.
Thandie is a highly motivated, hard-working registered nurse and has taken many roles from being a Clinical sister in the Haematology and Infectious disease ward to supervising junior staff and students. She understands complex care needs and has a broad knowledge in supporting individuals living with dementia, Mental health conditions, Physical disabilities, Epilepsy, autism, Parkinson, people needing palliative care, we have expertise in all areas including Catheter care, Peg Feeding, Stoma Care.
She prioritises time management, delivery of quality care, good communication skills, and effective problem-solving skills. This makes her reputable in being able to manage difficult and complex situations.
Thandie’s passion for people makes her a positive influence on staff and she leads them to give the best possible care and support. Her mission is to provide quality care and make sure that Stellar Healthcare Services is outstanding in everything they do.
Fiona is a great Team player and keeps all staff motivated. She helps run the office as well as covering calls.
