We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Care Administrator to support our frontline staff and ensure smooth coordination of services.
About the Role: The Care Administrator is a key part of our office-based team, supporting the delivery of high-quality care through accurate record-keeping, communication with staff and families, and efficient administrative processes. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager, Care Coordinator, Operations Manager and wider support team.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and care documentation

Support recruitment, onboarding and HR compliance for care staff

Monitor training records and assist with scheduling refreshers and inductions

Liaise with families, staff and external professionals to ensure continuity of care

Support rota management and timesheet processing where needed

Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries in a compassionate and professional manner

Assist with audits, file checks and other quality assurance tasks
