Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care, supporting individuals to maintain their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable environment in their homes.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
• Document and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing to senior staff.
• Ensure all care provided is in line with safeguarding protocols and company standards.
