Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Skills:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Patience and empathy when dealing with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety procedures

- working alternative weekends is essential

Pay: £13.50-£27.00 per hour

Travelling to clients home in around Isle of Sheppey, Sittingbourne, Faversham and parts of Medway
