She achieved her Level 3 National Diploma in Health and Social Care and has been managing a team of care workers for several years. As she now works towards a Level 5 National Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, she is keen to lead a strong team as the Registered Manager at SureCare Swale.
Amongst her goals and ambitions for the business, Stephanie plans on guiding a team of care workers with efficiency and care compliance at the core of everything they do. Through effective communication and diligence in her role, she strives for SureCare Swale to provide daily support that cares about the well-being and satisfaction of every single client. Stephanie has high hopes for our services to aim for an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating and to never achieve anything less than ‘Good’.
