The whatsapp group between Surecare and the family is very good as they can let us know of any concerns and we can let them know if anything has changed in Dad's care

As a recently retired District Nurse as well as a daughter of service user I can highly recommend SureCare as an excellent care agency .

SureCare Swale have been looking after my mum throughout 2026. I have found all the staff kind, attentive, understanding and very professional. My mum doesn't like the fact that she sometimes gets different carers to the ones expected, but I do understand that it can be difficult to plan. I would very much recommend SureCare Swale.

My Late Auntie was helped & cared for by your lovely caring team at Surecare. I met them a few times myself & they always went above & beyond on every visit with extreme care & sensitivity to my Auntie's needs, I was so impressed & I can't speak highly enough of everyone that worked with her. A massive thank you to all, keep up the fantastic work.

The care provided is of a good standard. Time keeping has been excellent. Szilvia is so understanding and professional, her communication has been amazing. I can call at anytime and my queries have always been dealt with. The carers show kindness and compassion. I would recommend Surecare.

SureCare only looked after my Aunt for four weeks before she sadly passed away.In the short time they looked after her nothing was to much trouble.They always gave her her dignity were possible and never made her feel ashamed. The care was excellent at all times. SureCare also helped me 100% in my Aunt's final days before she sadly passed away.A few days after my Aunt's passing l received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and card from the company.

Surecare have been nothing short of amazing. The team of carers who come in every day are professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. The management is always just a phone call away, approachable, down-to-earth, and incredibly accommodating. I would like to sincerely thank them for their ongoing support. Highly recommended!

The carers are amazing so good with mum she loves them when they come and always leave her in a better mood, when required the management are always available and happy to help, and it's clear its a family run service

SureCare have looked after mum, visiting twice daily, for over a year. They have always been very professional, reliable and flexible. They help mum in many ways, with kindness, patience and understanding.

I contacted a few care providers, but Surecare came out top from the first phone call. Full of empathy, explaining how they prepare care packages personal to each client. After a home visit with Mum and them taking lots of notes they prepared the perfect package for Mum. The carers that visit are very kind and chat to Mum making her feel at ease. The same carers visit so she has got to know them. Everyone wants the best for Mum, they are always happy to amend the package so Mum gets the best care. Nothing is to much trouble, and they respond to requests very quickly. A great team.

The carers themselves are on time and deal with the client in a very professional yet empathetic manner. Dealing with anyone with memory loss can be frustrating but they deal with Lizzie with calmness whilst allowing her to maintain her independence. Jenny and Abi are a real asset to the company

From the outset all staff have made my husband and I feel supported. The initial meeting was a fact find for all parties and we all laughed and relaxed throughout the session. I have peace of mind knowing that my husband will be well looked after when I'm at work even when I lock the carers out! Any additional requests are quickly accommodated from supporting with medication to a spot of cleaning through the house. The staff are compassionate and it's great that the carers are allocated to clients so that they build a really trusting relationship. As the wife of a client the support given to my husband makes my life more settled and reduces worries whilst I'm not at home.

My mum at first was resistant to any carers as she had lived independently for years but within a short time had warmed to her carers. They act professionally and at the same time are compassionate and efficient. Surecare have been extremely responsive when I have messaged them to change anything and do their best to accomodate my requests asap. They keep detailed notes and will give me any useful feedback. The carers have been very reliable and their time keeping has been very good. I have been very impressed and am very comfortable with the Surecare Team.

I have been using sure care for domestic cleaning for almost a year now and it has been a very positive experience, the 2 ladies who come to my house Bev and Liv do a great job, they're both very friendly, professional and efficient and have made a huge difference to me by tackling the jobs I am no longer able to do.

The management and office staff are very efficient keeping me informed of i any unavoidable changes to the schedule which have been minimal.

Overall I can not fault sure care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

The management team and their care team, are extremely knowledgeable and really care about the people they visit treating them, and us, like family. Mum is very happy with how she is treated, which really matters.

I can't praise this company enough,they go over and beyond to look after my mum,they always look clean and smart,always friendly and do a fantastic job . They accomodate the times I need,are happy to change things at short notice and are overall an excellent care company.

We engaged SureCare Swale in late February 2025 for two visits per day for my mother. Carers have visited on time every day since and they are the same people and so familiar to Mum. They are very caring, chat to Mum, and communicate any concerns about Mum's health through mangement to us. They follow the support plan and record visits very thoroughly. Management is very open to discussion and tailoring of needs for Mum.
