Overall Experience

We found SureCare to be very caring, reliable, friendly and efficient. Their care for my mum was extremely good and they picked up on any health issues. They were quick to inform us of any problems. As well as personal care they helped with many other jobs around the house too. The same carer arrived exactly on time each day. We would not hesitate in recommending them.

Overall Experience
My neighbour receives care from Sure care, and has done for a while now. In the time that they have been visiting I have noticed a marked improvement in his mood and his day to day behaviour.

The team that visit are truly a wonderful team, so caring and supportive. They always make sure he is treated with dignity and respect.

Overall Experience

I contacted SureCare Sevenoaks when I needed additional support for my elderly mother, who has full time care in her own home. The company were efficient and extremely helpful and quickly set up a support system for morning personal care. The carers who visited were friendly and kind and my mother got on very well with them and enjoyed their company. We have paused the additional care for the time being but I will not hesitate to use SureCare again should the situation change.

Overall Experience

SureCare have tailored their support to cater for my Godfathers specific needs since December 2025 and the care package has developed as those needs have changed. SureCare have completely transformed my Godfather's quality of life for the better and ensure that the symptoms of his dementia are supported in a practical, safe and friendly way. The care package has been sympathetic to the support given freely by neighbours that forms a wider team. Communication with SureCare is regular, friendly and targeted to ensure that the Care they provide is effective and and value for money. They have been the answer to our care needs.

All good. Doing what they said they would do. Visiting four times a day and staff seem very friendly and responsive to my mums needs. Not over pushy when mum doesnt want to do something, but being firm and fair.

Overall Experience

I have experienced many different SureCare carers. Without exception all are excellent and prepared to go the extra mile. As well as their normal functions they are happy to do those small extra things; getting something high up, adjusting the TV or fixing my wheelchair.

Overall Experience

I have excellent care from SureCare. My carer comes 9am and undressed me after I have washed my private parts. And helps me use commode. Then dresses me for day usually in something attractive. Then gives me a cup of tea. Then walks me to my chair and gives me my toast breakfast. Three times day she changes my pad. She makes me get in bed by eight pm and covers me over for night.

Overall Experience

My experience has been very very good my carer comes and does lots for me from washing my back and legs, to complete body, carer then makes my breakfast and cup of tea and places me in chair to relax and lets me catch up with sleep that I haven't had during night. I am unable to know how I would manage without this care. It's excellent. Also she dressed me in suitable clothes.

The girls who come are brilliant with Marie, however, timings are an issue on some days with no one coming to nearer 11am and ideally we would like arrival to be nearer 9:30am. This is not a showstopper just an observation.

Truly wonderful group of carers who provided me with much needed help after being discharged from 4 weeks in hospital. They were all knowledgeable, professional ,courteous and polite. I was sent a copy of the roster for the upcoming week which helped my wife and I manage our days.

I have no hesitation in recommending SureCare in any caring situation. I was treated with respect and dignity during their carers visits to my home.Many thanks to Nicky and all of her team for helping me get through a very stressful time.

SureCare is a very good company and very reliable always answer the calls if I am stuck anywhere.They are always at hand. I would recommend them anytime. All the staff are very good. My Support worker is very helpful and easy going and will work at short notice

The Sure Care team are an amazing team of carers. Everyone of the team is so friendly, courteous and so helpful, not only to my wife but also to me, always willing to do that little bit extra. It is incredible that we are always greeted with a friendly smile and a cheerful hello whatever time of the day and no matter the problems they may be experiencing prior to visiting. The carer never leaves the premises without asking "is there anything else I can do for you". I leave my wife one evening a week with the so called "sitting service". It is reassuring to know that your loved one is being looked after in a compassionate way similar to the manners in which our family does.

I would recommend this team of people to anyone looking for a caring service. They very quickly become almost an extension of the family.

This review relates to North Derbyshire.
Due to a change in my elderly parents health, i had to step back as carer to ensure she had the best care possible and in came surecare...The family have never looked back.
I think its important to be balanced in reviews and mine is not to undermine others experiences. However, by nature of the sevice you will have people who cannot provide a review which may very well be outstanding.
A team of highly trained, articulate, caring and outstanding individuals. Nothing is too much, they care to a high standard and actually take interest and listen to both my parents. The whole team have become welcomed members of our family, they interact with all of us and carry out their role to way above an exceptional level.

There is no other word than Outstanding to describe Surecare.
