SureCare is a very good company and very reliable always answer the calls if I am stuck anywhere.They are always at hand. I would recommend them anytime. All the staff are very good. My Support worker is very helpful and easy going and will work at short notice

The care the girls have given my mother is amazing, she had trouble with other companies because of her Dementia. The girls that visit her have sympathy and understanding of her condition. They are also really polite to anyone that calls on her.

The people who come are really friendly and helpful and do a good job. They helped me dye my hair which helped me feel happy.

Also I have regular carers at regular times, when new carers come in they are trained and the admin staff are very kind to me

during the last few years of my father's life. From the very beginning, their team treated him with such kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion that it brought enormous comfort to our whole family.

Every member of staff who came into our home was professional, patient, and truly caring. They took the time to get to know my father as a person, not just as someone receiving care, and that made all the difference. They were always attentive to his needs, making sure he was comfortable, safe, and-most importantly-treated with respect at all times.

Their attention to detail was exceptional, especially when it came to managing his medication and daily routines. We always felt reassured knowing that everything was being handled properly and that he was in safe, capable hands. That peace of mind is something that is impossible to put a price on.

I would wholeheartedly recommend SureCare to anyone looking for home care.

We engaged Surecare North Leeds around three months ago to help with the everyday needs of our elderly mother. They visit twice a day to help with dressing, washing, preparing breakfast and a drink and also administering medications. So far we've found the on site and office staff excellent to deal with. They are incredibly conscientious and kind to Mum and every changing need has been understood and implemented quickly. Would recommend.

Both Mum and I couldn't recommend SureCare more highly, they really do care, in every sense of the word.

I have used the services of Sure Care (North Leeds) for 9 months. I was initially apprehensive about having someone assist me in showering and dressing afterwards. A 5 week stay in hospital had however removed any modesty that I may have had. I now look forward to my weekly visits which also include the removal, washing and replacement with another pair of compression stockings. This was the primary reason I needed help as I could not shower with the stockings on, and also the application of cream to my feet and lower legs is necessary. I had an interview at home to start with in which I was introduced to my principal carer and my needs were discussed. Since then their service in my opinion has been immaculate. I cannot praise them enough and would most happily recommend them.

My father's care from the team was wonderful and highly professional. They took care of my father's drugs, recognising when there had been an error and sorted it. My father really enjoyed the company of all the carers for the 6 weeks he agreed to them. They beautifully filled the stopgap in supportive care after discharge. They also supported me. I highly recommend this company.
