We have been using SureCare for the last year, and they are absolutely excellent.
Very helpful, easy to communicate with, and the carers have developed a very good relationship with my father.

They have been very helpful in organising his repeat prescriptions and delivery of medications; they have attended to his needs and have been extremely reliable and helpful.

Overall Experience

The ladies who visit my dad are outstanding. They treat him with respect and dignity, and he loves all of them. They will promptly let me know if they find anything concerning or unusual and were recently instrumental in getting him promptly into hospital to deal with a chest infection that had been slowly building up and which I was unaware of. They are also very flexible and able to change timings and dates at a moment's notice and add on new dates if something unexpected comes up and I can't make it to visit him.

I wish to express my deep appreciation for the exceptional care and support that SureCare provides for my best friend and charge. Your carers are incredibly focused on my friend’s welfare and execute their duties with dedication, kindness, enthusiasm and genuine good humour, despite some of the challenges. The office team are amazing and will pull out all the stops to meet our requirements, sometimes at very short notice. Nothing is too much trouble. Quite simply, I don’t know what I would do without the excellent service SureCare provides. Once again, thank you so much; your services are greatly revered by both of us.

Overall Experience
The SureCare team were invaluable in supporting my sister as she began living with dementia independently. As her needs changed, the team of carers adapted her care plan to support all her needs throughout the day.
The carers kept to their agreed time, we’re always kind, polite and cheerful. If a problem arose, they dealt professionally and sensitively with it and always recorded their notes at the end of the visit for me to see.
The management team in the office are very approachable and will always try to accommodate requests for visit changes.

I would happily recommend this care provider.

Overall Experience

We only had a brief time with SureCare as my father deteriorated much quicker than expected. However, the lady who came to undertake the initial assessment was amazing. My dad took ill during the assessment, and she sprang into action, calming and caring for my dad whilst I called the ambulance, and she insisted on staying until he was safely off to the hospital. She was kind, informative and caring, reflecting the ethos of the company. I was very impressed.

When things go wrong, they are corrected quickly, and the Sure Care staff are always just a call away.

Overall Experience
The team at Surecare have looked after my father aged 86, who is not mobile and quite frail for the past few years.
My sister and I are nurses and live 200 miles away in.
My father is very happy with all the carers that visit him three times a day.
We have found the carers go out of their way to care for my dad professionally and with kindness.
They often sit and chat with my dad, especially during this difficult covid time.
The team in the office have always kept my sister and I informed of any medication/care queries and discussed any problems resolving them quickly.
I would highly recommend this agency and their carers to anyone looking for a care package.
My father is very happy with all the ladies who care for him, and generally, it is the same lovely carers.

During covid, we have not been allowed to visit, and the team have helped us get through this difficult time with their kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall Experience
The SureCare team treated my mother with great respect and dignity at all times.
They put her requirements and wishes first and did not rush her, allowing my mother to go at her own pace.

SureCare visiting on a daily basis also gave my mother some social time with other people and some laughs at the interesting stories she was told.

If you’re looking for care/support in Leeds you really need to call SureCare. I have had a positive, stress-free and very helpful experience thanks to the wonderful team who are so knowledgable about care.

We as a family cannot fault the care and compassion shown to my father and us. All the staff are polite and respectful and always reliable. They have become not only my father's carers but also he regards them as his friends. They always treat him with dignity, even at difficult times.
They always keep us informed and answer any questions we ask.

I highly recommend Sure Care (North Leeds), they have and continue to provide a truly incredible service to my family. They have made 'lockdown' much more bearable, knowing that they are there to support my uncle. We have been very pleased with the adaptations they have made as a company since the outbreak of Covid-19, and they continue to keep us updated with my uncle's well being. I would also like to give credit to the friendly nature of the management team who have been very helpful during a challenging time for the nation; they really have gone above and beyond for us, and we are very grateful as a family.

The carers treated my wife with such care, gentleness and respect. Nothing was too much for them if we requested something. They always worked well together as a team (two carers at a time). They also watched out for us as a family. The management were very prompt in dealing with a request to change the time of the morning visit.

Overall Experience

This is a good, reliable service. Carers arrive promptly and carry out their tasks carefully, cheerfully, and willingly. I am at all times treated with respect and kindness. I must make special mention of the care manager who is extremely good at his job. Even the smallest issue is dealt with immediately and effectively, and he is always thoughtful and swift to respond. I have been using this service for well over a year, and I am impressed.

I could not have asked for more from the team at SureCare. I approached them having received a brochure through the post. I wanted them to support my grandma with more domestic-based duties to give her a break. Since signing up I have increased the time they spend with my grandma significantly due to the positive impact they have made.

It's a very thoughtful service delivered with care and most importantly a smile!

My mother and I have been delighted with the excellent service and care that she receives from Sure Care North Leeds. From the moment that the owner, the manager and then the owner again with my mother’s main carer came to meet us, we knew that she would be in caring, professional and friendly hands. This has proved true. Nothing is too much trouble for my mother’s carer and she is very warm and friendly and my mother enjoys her visits as well as appreciating her help. We also really appreciate the continuity of having, as far as possible, the same person caring for my mother; the phone calls to my mother from the office if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the carer might be a little late arriving - this rarely happens - plus the fact that we feel able to contact the office to request extra visits, for example, if we are going to be away. We would not hesitate to recommend Sure Care North Leeds to others and, indeed, we have already done so!

I just wanted to leave a comment for the team at SureCare to congratulate them on the superb staff that they have. I have witnessed the incredible support they provide to a close friend of mine who I visit. The carers are polite and always ask before they carry out a task ensuring they are protecting his dignity. They are respectful not only to him but to his guest, such as me, as well. It was honestly so refreshing to see my friend happy, comfortable and content with the care he deserves after bad experiences with other companies in the past. Living comfortably in your own home is a right and we require the services at SureCare's high standard to ensure our loved ones are being taken care off with quality.

Overall Experience

My wife suffers from Alzheimer's and is cared for in my home by my daughters and me. For a week in May, my daughter went away on holiday. During that time SureCare (North Leeds) sent a young lady to our home early each morning (there were two different carers during the week). The carers arrived at around 7:30 each morning and helped my wife to dress. On two mornings the carers helped my wife to shower - she also attended the commode which my wife had used during the night and generally tidied up. Both carers were kind, friendly helpful yet business-like. They were around for 30/45 minutes each morning. The carers were told the whereabouts of our home so they could admit themselves and this caused no problem.
