My mother and I have been delighted with the excellent service and care that she receives from Sure Care North Leeds. From the moment that the owner, the manager and then the owner again with my mother’s main carer came to meet us, we knew that she would be in caring, professional and friendly hands. This has proved true. Nothing is too much trouble for my mother’s carer and she is very warm and friendly and my mother enjoys her visits as well as appreciating her help. We also really appreciate the continuity of having, as far as possible, the same person caring for my mother; the phone calls to my mother from the office if, due to unforeseen circumstances, the carer might be a little late arriving - this rarely happens - plus the fact that we feel able to contact the office to request extra visits, for example, if we are going to be away. We would not hesitate to recommend Sure Care North Leeds to others and, indeed, we have already done so!

I just wanted to leave a comment for the team at SureCare to congratulate them on the superb staff that they have. I have witnessed the incredible support they provide to a close friend of mine who I visit. The carers are polite and always ask before they carry out a task ensuring they are protecting his dignity. They are respectful not only to him but to his guest, such as me, as well. It was honestly so refreshing to see my friend happy, comfortable and content with the care he deserves after bad experiences with other companies in the past. Living comfortably in your own home is a right and we require the services at SureCare's high standard to ensure our loved ones are being taken care off with quality.

My wife suffers from Alzheimer's and is cared for in my home by my daughters and me. For a week in May, my daughter went away on holiday. During that time SureCare (North Leeds) sent a young lady to our home early each morning (there were two different carers during the week). The carers arrived at around 7:30 each morning and helped my wife to dress. On two mornings the carers helped my wife to shower - she also attended the commode which my wife had used during the night and generally tidied up. Both carers were kind, friendly helpful yet business-like. They were around for 30/45 minutes each morning. The carers were told the whereabouts of our home so they could admit themselves and this caused no problem.

I have been treated like gold, I would highly recommend this service to anybody needing care. I get the same carer all the time and they go above and beyond to meet my care needs and make me happy. They are so flexible with times and I can change at very short notice. I have had another company before and they really let me down but with SureCare North Leeds nothing is too much trouble. The manager is always available to talk to me if I need him, he just drops everything and comes over to see me.

My sister, who is my mother's carer was taken ill and stayed three days in hospital. Encouraging admission to A & E. I had just had a knee replacement two days earlier and was unable to go to my 92-year-old mother. No carers were available after spending 7 hours ringing around. I was given SureCare North Leeds phone number. I phoned about 5pm they inspected the premises and had someone for a sleepover by 7 pm. My mother was pleased with the carers provided. Received a good and relaxed service from the manager at SureCare.

I found the management at SureCare extremely impressive; efficient, thoughtful and responsive. The carers all dealt well with dealing with my mother, who has been independent until very recently, found having someone in the house for long periods quite stressful. From the first night of care, I felt a great sense of relief that my parents were in safe hands.
The carers were very kind & highly experienced & my Dad was put at ease immediately. I wish I had known about Surecare a year ago as the care they provided far exceeded the previous agency.
The SureCare carers really do care about their clients.
I must also commend the manager who assessed what my parents needed & was very sensitive to their needs at all times. There was always feedback & daily communication between us which was very reassuring & a new experience for myself at a very stressful time. It allowed me to sleep at night & I felt supported.
Both my parents are in a care home now permanently but I will never forget what a godsend SureCare was at a time of need. I would highly recommend them.
