The care from from the carers of this company is excellent, my brother as MS and depends on them totally .They have been very good in anemergency and kept me informed all the time and given my brother the bedt care .
The admin side is also very effective. Only on one accession was no one available to take my call, but returned call within 15minutes. Again all requests were met, staff polite and regularly checked in to ensure needs till be met. Management ensures staff had refresher training completed to ensure care was upto date professional.

Sadly needed to use these carers when my husband came home for end of life care. I was very worried about it but these people.were absolutely amazing. Surecare started caring for my mum in Feb 2025 and in just a short time they have made a huge impact. She is now doing things she was refusing with past carers. She is living the best she can with a cruel illness all thanks to these carers. They have built a lovely friendship and mum thoroughly enjoys each visit. Thank you Surecare.

Very helpful and very caring staff always on time with all their checks on packages and carers, always there when you need help all in all very good care company, when there's a carer down they'll always have someone to cover that shift so you're never alone, so I will give them 5 stars because they deserve it.

My partner was very poorly in palliative care. Once in palliative care, a care plan was quickly set up and my partner received essential visits 4 times a day from the team. I wouldn't be able to support her without the team's help- from waging to cleaning. Loading the washing machine etc. Many thanks for your help! I can not rate you higher!
SureCare made the whole experience easy for my mother, especially with staff speaking Gujarati. The manager has kept us informed of everything and guided us about the care. Would be more than happy to use them again if ever needed.

Krunal lives locally in Leicester and worked in a management consultancy for 10 years. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in local community and charitable work. Working at grass roots in charitable work inspired him to take a change in career and direct his energies into his passion for caring for individuals who require some support in life. Through his passion Krunal actively involves himself in all aspects of the organisation to ensure all client support needs are met and still continues to carry our care calls himself to ensure the organisation is meeting its needs to our clients to always ensure we are providing a personal and friendly service.
Krunal established SureCare Leicester in 2019 to provide a unique and positive experience for clients and disrupt the status quo in Care with an absolute focus on putting the client and their needs first.
Tia has worked in the care industry for 4 years; within those 4 years, she has also completed her degree in criminology and law alongside her work. Tia supports the registered manager on the day-to-day running of the company ensuring that client and staff rotas are completed, assessing, and opening packages for new clients as well as training care staff. Tia works closely with the care workers and clients to maintain the smooth running of the company from an operational perspective, she also assists where needed in the field completing care calls.
Tia is passionate about her role in the care and the part she plays to ensure care workers have the support they require from management and that the highest standard of care is delivered to our clients. Providing care is more than assisting with personal care, it is a constant learning experience, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do, Tia strongly believes that everyone deserves the right to live as independently as possible, with access to the right support in place for them.
Outside of work Tia enjoys making memories and living her life to the fullest, going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends.
Mira started her professional career with us after she completed her college work experience opportunity in 2021 and demonstrated her commitment and dedication to her role. With her passion for working in Care as a student and putting her theory into practice with her transferable skills, she has demonstrated all levels of skills from assisting clients with personal care through to managing all office administration tasks.
By the end of 2023, she is targeting to complete the NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social care to gain further understanding and a deeper experience of the care industry outside of the office with a view to taking on further responsibilities at SureCare. Outside of work, Mira is passionate about reading, travelling and charity work.
